Dallas
2026

Forest Theater needed to signal to the Dallas community that their iconic venue wasn't disappearing,  it was being reborn. With the famed marquee and tower coming down, the risk of public concern was real. They needed content that turned a construction moment into a cultural statement.

We embedded with the Forest Theater team throughout the restoration process, capturing the deconstruction and rebuilding of their landmark marquee and tower. Our team developed a narrative framework that honored the theater's legacy while building anticipation for its next era in the arts.

The final piece gave the Dallas community a front-row seat to history in the making  transforming construction footage into a powerful story of renewal. The content resonated deeply across social platforms and reinforced Forest Theater's commitment to the Dallas arts community for generations to come.
