Named in honor of Dr. Leona “Tiny” Hawkins — a visionary leader, community builder, and the first Black Nursing Home Administrator licensed in Texas — our name reflects legacy, fearlessness, and forward motion. Like the red-tailed hawk soaring above the noise, we create from a higher vantage point, delivering clarity, connection, and meaning.
