During an F1 race weekend, Aramco the major sponsor of Formula 1 and the Aston Martin team activated a multi-site soccer experience across the city. With a 24-hour delivery window, we deployed a wireless proxy workflow to push footage to the cloud in real time, allowing the editor to build a live string-out and deliver rolling cuts to the client under race-week pressure.

What we delivered:

We produced a fun, fast-paced branded activation video that matched the energy of the moment and connected squarely with the target demo. By delivering on time, Aramco’s media team was able to publish across all social platforms immediately, fueling real-time engagement at each activation site. The rollout felt seamless to the client, with minimal lift required thanks to advance planning and live workflows.
